India – Win 201 Sovereigns as prize !

In Kerala , India a new lottery has 201 Gold Sovereigns as the main prize.
The Kanakadhara lottery offers this prize free of the usual 30% income tax and 10% agency commission normally charged
Second Prize is 25 Gold Sovereigns and third prize is Five Sovereigns.
P.Jayakumar of the Padmanabha lottery agency said :

so much gold without having to pay any tax or commission
